Paneer Bajji

Ingredients  

Rice flour : 1/4 cup
Gram flour : 1 cup
chilli powder : 1 tsp
Salt
Paneer : 100 grams
Oil

Method

1. Cut the paneer into very thin slices.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together with water. Make it a bit watery.
3. Put the paneer slices into the flour mix and deep fry in oil.
